Year 10 took part in one of their practise expeditions in preparation for their upcoming Duke of Edinburgh Expedition on the 15th and 16th June 2023. The group were able to cross busy roads and keep safe in the community with appropriate levels of support. The group had to plan their route before setting off and follow the route on the map. The group supported each other and encouraged one another to complete the route. Everyone in the group did really well and challenged themselves ahead of our 2 day expedition.
The group have already completed their volunteering, skills and physical sections of the award and are working hard to complete this next month.
