Eggciting week in 3I

In the secondary department, 3I have had an eggciting week! We carefully created a small hole at the top and bottom of the shell of an egg. Using a straw we blew the yolks out of their shell and painted /decorated them to our own specific design with great results. We were also thinking about sustainability. With this in mind we cooked and scrambled the eggs and ate them with toasted bagels and even tried smoked salmon... ooooh very posh I know! Everyone had a taste and agreed the eggsperience was eggcellent , we will stop yolking around now and wish everyone a Happy Easter.
